1. As much space as you really need to host your website and files.
   • Each megabyte of space costs money and we pay for the amount of disk space we allocate to each site not how much is used, to keep this affordable every hosting account starts with 2 gigs of space for your website, email accounts and databases. For most sites this is more than enough but we realize some may have specific needs for more space. Once your usage reaches 90% you will be notified and can request an increase of your available space by another 2 gig. Normally this is done automatically but you can always request more space if you are getting close to the 90% mark.
2. As Much Bandwidth as you need without impacting the server performance for other users.
   • This is Shared hosting as are all similar hosting services with other companies at this price. Shared Hosting means your site shares a server and services with other websites, don’t worry though they cannot access your files or emails. Normally this service is fine for most websites but if you have an extremely popular site or a large membership site this may not be a suitable solution for you, please contact us if you have questions or feel you may need dedicated hosting.
3. Green Hosting
   • We have chosen to run our hosting business with servers located in Green datacenters using renewable energy, this means you can advertise on your website “This Website is 100% Powered by Certified Green Renewable Energy Sources”. The energy used to power the server’s on which your website is hosted is 100% ‘Green’ renewable energy as we choose providers utilizing ‘Green’ ethics throughout their data center and offices.
   • How are we ‘Green’?Well, we don’t have wind turbines or wave power generators in our offices but… We have decided to make our hosting business go green by choosing to have our clients with green values hosted on green servers. 100% green renewable energy is used to power parts of the data center, web servers, and office space. The servers we use are ‘Green’ energy efficient servers, which produce 20% less CO2 than the average server.
   • Why Go Green with webhosting?Very few people realize the true impact the web hosting industry has on the environment, the average server produces the same emissions as a 15 mpg SUV let alone the data center where the server is located which consumes on average as much electricity as 30,000 households. Let’s put it another way… the average website is hosted on a server which on average produces around 12½ Tonnes of CO2 each year, that is a huge amount of CO2! Each year your PC produces half a tonne, your car produces 5 TONNES, AND your home produces 6½ TONNES – THIS MEANS on average EACH PERSON IS responsible for 12 tonnes of the CO2 that is produced each year! 4. Domain Registration renewal included with all hosting accounts prepaid for 1 year.
   • We will renew one .com .net .org .us .name .info or .biz domain with every hosting account prepaid for 1 year or longer, let us know if you plan on paying for more than 1 year of hosting, currently only 1 year renewals are applied so we will extend the registration to match your term.
   • Domains will be registered in your name with your email address and are your property, we will not register your domain in our name.
   • If you should need to cancel your hosting account you will still retain ownership of the domain name.
   • Domain Name Registration fees are non-refundable, if you registered or transferred a domain name with us we will deduct the posted rate for the registration period. As with any registrar The domain is your property once registered and can be used with any service.
5. 45 day money back guarantee.
   • We strive to provide a quality service at an affordable price, if at any time in your first 45 days you don’t feel our service is what your expected you can request a full refund with no questions asked. NOTE: Domain Name Registration fees are non-refundable, if you registered or transferred a domain name with us we will deduct the posted rate for the registration period. As with any registrar The domain is your property once registered and can be used with any service.
6. No hidden fees.
   • We believe you should have all of the tools you need to run a successful website, we won’t charge you for features that should be included. Also we don’t subscribe to deceptive marketing, our pricing is not introductory, we do offer discounts for longer terms but what you pay to start is the price, this means no surprises when it comes time to renew!
